How do you deliver?

We deliver within 1 – 3 days.

Maximum delivery period is 30 days. If it takes longer than this period, you are free to cancel the order.

How much does it cost to ship an order?

It costs 4,25€ per order under 30€.

Shipping costs will be charged at checkout.

Can I return a product?

You have the right to return a product within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Return costs are at your own expense.
• Cosmetic products can only be returned if the seal is unbroken, this due to hygiene reasons.
• If you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase price from us.
• As soon as we have received the package in good order, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days on your given bank account. You must keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been refunded.

Juhldal PSO Treatment Shampoo No 4 plus+ is a natural treatment for the scalp and hairline. It contains 4.6% bromelain (an enzyme from pineapple) that helps dissolve flakes and crust formation. It’s ideal for those suffering from itching, severe dandruff, or crust formation. Use it as a treatment by massaging it into the scalp and leaving it to work for about 10-15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
